  4. Gynae problem. Am i not pregnant at all?

My last lmp was 18.1.21. I had iui on 5 th february . I have got posetive upt on 18 th february. My doc asked for an usg today 22 nd. The tvs showed endometrial thickness 15 mm. mild fluid in pod. normal cervix. but could not find any sac. Is it any abnormal pregnancy or am i not pregnant at all
