Now Uterus US; 7 x x 4.3 x 2.6 cyst 5.7 with small mural nodule what’s this? Risk of ovary twisting? X

Twisted ovary is extremely painful. This is more likely to be a benign cyst. You haven’t mentioned your complaints. Usually cyst this size needs to be removed otherwise it could get twisted in future
