There is no particular best medicine for glaucoma.
It depends on many factors like intraocular pressure, disc damage, visual field changes etc.

It depends upon the extent of iop and other changes and the response of 1st line drugs and so on and most important the judgement of your doctor
Any drug which is efficient enough to cotrol the iop and nerve damage is best.
