Guilty ball in my wrist. I notice this 1 month back and then after 1 week it got disappeared and then again came back today. Please check the pictures.

Hello sir..... This looks more like a ganglion cyst which commonly occurs at the place where u have got it. An examination will rule out any other kind of swellings, which might be a differential diagnosis. Usually these will be asymptomatic and high chances or recurrence after removal. U can get it removed however for asthetic reasons if large in size.
