Guidance to conceive
I'm just wondering if anyone has gotten pregnant from an egg released from an ovary on one side, but picked up by the opposite fallopian tube? I only have my right tube, but both ovaries and this month, I had two mature follies on my LEFT side (of course!) so we went ahead with an IUI (intrauterine insemination) just in case. Because last month I had 4 follicles released from left and one from right but couldn't conceive.

See you need to go for 3 to 4 IUI and also be in relation before iui and 4 to 5 days after iui too.. it helps and increase chance. And u need egg only on right ovary to be pregnant.  Left ovary folicles will not help.
