Small skin growth on head (mussa in hindi).it pains on touch else if not touched grows hard .on trying to scrath with nails results in bleeding

See a qualified dermatologist in your city and get it examined for confirmation of diagnosis. It would require punch excision and biopsy or radio frequency ablation as a part of it's treatment.
