Growing Elliptical shaped Follicle.

Iam trying to conceive and undergoing follicular study, I took Siphene 50mg from D2 to D6 and on D9 I had 11*10mm sized follicle, so doctor prescribed Gonal f 75 on 9th day and asked to repeat scan on 10th day it was 14*13mm since the growth was good doctor said no need of Gonal next day(10thday) on 11th day scan it was 15*13mm again was prescribed with Gonal 75 on 12th day scan it showed 17x13mm with ET 10mm. Doctor is concerned on the shape though it's growing the shape is irregular,what is the reason again got a Gonal 75 and will scan tommorow ,why the shape is not growing equally? Can I get pregnant with this shape doctor said chance will be less if shape is irregular we are planning for iui this time please advise on how to make it as proper shape. Have attached the report
