Group of tiny pimples inside my foreskin
I have some white sticky thing under my foreskin for many years. A week before I cleaned it and I saw a group of 20 or 30 very small pimples inside my foreskin, when I pulled it back. These pimples are very very tiny white and around my foreskin. What is the cause of this? I'm 19 years old male. Is this normal or very serious. I am crying, stressed for days now, please help me. Is this a type of penile cancer? Can I cut the foreskin by surgery. Anyways, please describe me what it is?
