Hello Sir/ ma'am, My 4-month-old baby has been passing green stool for the past 4-5 days, but the frequency and consistency remain normal. Is this a typical variation in infants, or should I be concerned?

hello, the Colour of the stool of the baby keeps on changing from time to time especially if the baby is on mixed feeds breast-feed plus top feed.

Next Steps

Generally, it is normal to have greeny stools in between, but if the baby is having abdominal distention, greenish stools or vomiting or any other symptoms which you find abnormal kindly consult your paediatrician for physical examination.
