Hello....it depends on stage of cancer, The majority of patients are diagnosed at early stage and have a relatively favorable prognosis.Ovarian granulosa cell tumors are rare malignancies ...staging of tumor is required, Initial stage is the single most important prognostic factor in ovarian granulosa cell tumors.
