Sir I go to the doctor.she prescribe me pyrazinamide,etambytol hydrochloride and rifampicin but not prescribe isoniazid .why?
Is this OK or wrong treatment.
Is there a need to consult a other doctor?
I have granulmotous lymphadentis? tubercular. neck swelling fever sweat futigue weight lossetc from approx 3-4

As u said u had tubercular cervical lymphadinitis. u should be put on anti tubercular course & regular follow up with treatment response. but u also had some allergies, isoniazid is highly hypersensitive, hepatotoxic and photosensitive drug and may be this is the reseon for which isoniazid was not given, so please consult your physician about this.

If you are taking ATD for the first time you must take 4 first line ATD. Isoniazid, Rifampicin, Ethambutol and pyrizinamide. Consult a chest specialist or attend DOTS clinic.
