as a ent sugeon i would suggest u to share a picture of ur throat. most common causes of chr phyringitis is 1. focus of reinfection earby 2. incomplete treatment 3. not following dietry restriction 4. compalint od sinusitis 5. enlarged adenoids yes lymphnode enlargement is trhere which will subside after taking antibiotics.
