Grandmom saying things that aren’t right
My grandmom lives with me and my family. She’s 91. Around 11 PM almost every night she calls my dad(her son) into her room and proceeds to tell him strange things like she needs to go home from somewhere. One night she claimed she was locked in a casino when she was actually in her bedroom. What could be wrong? It’s starting to worry me and frustrate my dad.

She could be having hallucinations and delusions. This might need assessment from the psychiatrist.
