  3. Got period twice. Affects of krimson?

Got period twice
I have pcos I used 4 months krimson and stopped my last period is on 22nd July 2021, again on 29th July I got spotting and it got stopped , on august 4th my brown discharge started and august 5th I got period , what is the cause of this problem ? Is it side affects of krimson ?
