Got cut in the forehead from the edge

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Got cut in the forehead from the edge of the door. Applied savlon and neosporin powder. Please can you advice is it in good condition now. Its 3 rd day and after applying powder it seems to be dried but little bit pain is still there inside. Expecting advice.
