Got black skin on hands

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hello , Last week after taking bath in swimming pool at friends farm house , my hands got black and started burning. So I applied some home remedies and the burning stops . But yesterday again the same burning starts. And even the hands are still black. You can see in the photo attached the difference between the upper (white)and lower (black)part of the hand. Plz help me . Thanks,
