Goosebumps on smoking
I am not a regular smoker but I do occasionally engage in a smoke once or twice a week. But after taking the first drag of cigarette, I feel a chill down my spine and get goosebumps all over my body. I haven't seen it happening to others. What could it be?

That is the effect of nicotine that you're feeling, it is due to the fact that you're an irregular smoker that you feel this way. I would advise you to quit the habit as it is possible and easier to do it now.

it is quite normal if you are not a regular smoker to get such signs, specially for beginners. it is the effect of nicotine on the brain. i would suggest you stop smoking as it is very harmful to mental and physical health.
