Good to read in dark?
Is it good to read in dark.. as I heard the more the eye lens contracts and expands the good it will be for eyes. Is it so?

Hello it is not good to read in dark as eyes feels stressed kindly read in full brightness

No..it's not good to read in dark as you will be straining your eyes soooner when you do so..  its always recommended to read with amole amount of light so that you can be comfortable...the more you strain more are the chances of getting refractive errors....si don't do that..thank you
