Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
People have been eating since start of mankind and all of a sudden from past few years people are suddenly allergic to gluten.
There is no such thing in my opinion.
Eat whatever you like don't read rubbish articles written by people who have zero knowledge.
They just copy paste from somewhere else.
