My arms and back and neck are tanned badly due to exposure to sunlight in childhood. I want even skintone all over my body. Can I take Glowsik Glutathione L 1000 mg tablets? For how long should those be taken? I have already bought one month's stock of which only one week dose is left. The recommended dose is 2000 mg per day - one pill post breakfast and another after dinner. I am already taking Thyronorm 25 mg.
