Glutamate excess and excitotoxicity

Hello I have derealization. Tinnitus on both ears and visual snow (eye disease) and had an overdose of calcium 4 weeks ago. As a result, I have chronic earwigs and disturbances. Everything points to a glutamate excitotoxicity and glutamate surplus. What effective medications or medications stop the excitotoxicity and glutamate excess?
