Urine analysis of your grandfather shows urinary tract infection which needs antibiotics, preferably nitrofurantoin 100 mg twice daily for atleast 5 days along with urinary alkaliniser citrus soda powder or liquid twice daily for few days.Make sure he drinks enough water.Traces of glucose is common in urinary tract infection ,if not he is an diabetic.Repeat the urine analysis after few days.
