Gland in groin

Gland in groin

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Its about a week when i found a gland or a node in my groin part(right side). Its not hurting niether i have any symptoms. My condition is totally fine. I am concern about that gland/node. It is not visible but when i press on the surface i can feel it. What should it be. Is it a cancer?? It did not enlarged since i found it. I dont know wether it was there before or not. I am very tense please help me. Thank you.
