Hi doctor my baby is now 7 months what the use of giving cerlacs for baby and which is safe cerlac.. How to feed cerlacs

Cerelac is like readymade food advised after 6months of age. If you can't give home food you can use cerelac. You have to prepare in water. All instructions are on packets. Start with single food like rice,or wheat intially for few days then you can use mix combination like Apple wheat. You can visit any super store you can find out all the info. Can consult your pediatrician also. I will recommend start home food like rice water, Dal water etc
