First period means she has reached puberty r you can say it has started , now she will grow and mature gradually. Growth in height depends on person to person, there is no cut of range in that. Important is to maintaining her nutrition adequately, physical health as well as mental health for eg, As periodic bleeding may lead her into iron deficiency anemia of dietary intake inadequate. Which will ensure she grows well and reach her maximum potential.
