Giddiness while walking ir doing work

Hi, I have made c section 1 year back and done abortion 2 month back. Now I feel tiredness and giddiness. Please advice cause and remedy if any.

I would advise you to visit the ER so that you can be evaluated and undergo investigations such as CBC, BP monitoring, etc. to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. It is likely that you are anemic due to the blood loss but this has to be confirmed by the investigation CBC.
