Your symptoms are suggestive of vertigo. Vertigo is a sensation of spinning dizziness, any temporary or ongoing spells of dizziness caused by problems in the inner ear or brain. Many conditions can cause vertigo. I would advise you to visit the ENT so that you can be examined and treated accordingly. You will require beta histine to control the problem. Kindly don't make sudden movements such as getting up from bed, turning head to the sides, etc these movements should be done with care as if it's done fast it can cause giddiness.
