Giddiness and Vomit

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My Friend she is 26 years old. From the last three days she is feeling giddiness whenever she tries to walk or stand. Also vomits everything she intakes. As per the latest blood test her haemoglobin count shows 7. And she is taking the following medicines Feroglobin B12,Deviry 10mg. But no improvement. Kindly advise what could be the problem and your suggestions.
