Hi
My brother, 32y/M is getting treatment for OCD for last 15 years with not much improvement, instead condition has only worsened since then. Recently he asked me if his condition should be reassessed. I advised him an MRI (myself an MBBS doctor). MRI showed multiple T2W hyperintense lesions in bilateral frontal lobes, parietal lobes. Which the radiologist thinks to be the result of chronic ischemia. Now, in light of MRI findings, I want him to be reassessed.
