I have a problem keeping food down, it's like it gets stuck and in my esophagus and then comes back up. I have had the scope and they said there are no obstructions. I have tried papaya enzyme to help and it seems like a 50-50 deal. Any recommendations?

Dysphagia can occur because of mechanical obstruction at the level of esophagus or it can be due to decreased functions of esophageal muscles which carry the food downwards. If your endoscopy is normal then you need to undergo barium swallow study or Oesophageal manonetry to assess for Oesophageal motility
Next Steps
Consult nearby gastroenterology specialist for more information about the tests and appropriate diagnosis
