I m 21 yr old female
From the age of 14 I am getting pimples on my face & back
Did 2 rounds of isotroine 10 bt even after taking isotroine m getting pimples & main problem is eruption on face which could seen in bright light
Even tried medicated facial

Some people do get resistant acne due to genetic predisposition. You can either do regular chemical peels which keeps acne in control or start isotroin again. Diet and lifestyle modifications aslo help. In addition, acne persisting at this age also requires evaluation of underlying hormonal disturbances like pcod, metabolic syndrome.
