I am having severe gestric pain from yesterday even no outside food... Taken pan 40 but no relief yet

Liquid antacid with local Anaesthetic eg., mucaine gel, solacid o gel, 20 minutes before meals without water will give you relief. Pan 40 one tablet od before breakfast for 30 days.
