Gerd with mild hiatus hernia

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I was diagonised with gerd long back and 3 months back I was diagonised with gerd with mild hiatus hernia but from 2 days I was having dull stomach ache and took a tablet of pantop dsr and now from a day I am feeling very lethargic and very shiverish, no fever nothing except this restlessness. What can be the issue.
