Gerd cure permenent?
I have acid reflux and burn in uper stomoch 2 times per day.Running on antacid and librex.I changed my diet and all things and i get relief but i want to know that it is possible to permenent cure of this or need to eat strict diet for lifetime?? Because somewhere i read that acid reflucx can not be cured permenent

Yes it may be cured with diet habits and treatment with proton pump inhibitor which is drug of choice for your condition... Consult nearest gastroenterologist for clinical examination and investigations they will do the needful...and fallow bellow advices
try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc...
