1 and half year ago Iwas having acid reflux it only happened 2 or 3 times in 2 months went to doctor he suggeated upper GI and confirmed me hiatus hernia and doctor pricscribed me Tab Pantaprazole 40 mg onece empty stomach and now having no problem but want to knw that is it safe to take one tab Pataprazole for so long

hello there. you could stop now and take appropriate measures about good diet and you should be fine without medicines also. regards

hi, pantop has been extensively used today because of its minimal side effects. till now no studies proved long term effect of it s hazardous soo don worry.Now stop it and try to adhere to strict diet ,coz dietary change s most important than medicine in GERD
