Genital Ulcer
A few days back, my skin around the top of my penis became rough. It appeared like a rough skin which we get in winter.
A few days later i observed a skin tear.
It started to heal but the tear wasn't completely gone.
Now i see an ulcer like thing formed at the tip of the penis.
and i feel that some more such formations are beginning to appear
can you please help?

It seems like you might have acquired an infection ( viral / bacterial) we need to see the character of lesion , whether there are any blisters? Are the ulcers healing or not? The character of ulcer etc. Are there any associated lymph nodes? These are the things that need to be evaluated.
