Genital Sores. It be genital herpes?

I think I've contracted Genital Herpes. I have been sexually active, and it first started as a sore and painful perineum which I thought was due to rough sex. But a day later (two days ago) tiny bumps began to appear, which were painless but just a bit sensitive. Yesterday these bumps became like hard lumps underneath the skin, that are still painless but they sting when urinating or under the influence of cold water. My perineum now looks like an open blister, which isn't as sore as it was two days ago. I am also having a funny smelling off-white glutenous discharge. I have been occasionally sitting in a bath of epsom salt which has been of relief to me. My entire vaginal region feels sore and like it usually does when my period is about to start. It is uncomfortable to sit/walk, and I have pain near my genital lymph nodes,my back also feels like my period is about to start, and my body temperature is slightly higher than usual, and am definitely fatigued. Could it be genital herpes?
