General ward vs twin sharing for surgery
Hi, My mother will be undergoing open abdominal surgery for fibroid removal, however our current insurance limit can only accomodate the general ward (6 beds) in a reputed hospital in Mumbai. Would it be wiser to continue treatment here or to opt for a better room (twin sharing) in a smaller hospital?

It is your personal choice, depends on your convenience. You may opt for a smaller room if someone can be with the patient and if your budget allows,  else you may continue in the ward only...and all hospitals are for helping and giving best to patients even in the wards
