General question regarding a issue
What cause oral mucosa to get rough? I am m25, non smoker, non tobaco and occasional alcohol user. My buccal mucosa feels grainy like sand paper since last 2-3 months. Been there for physical examination by multiple dentists all saying normal, but i feeel granular and also recently since 2-3 weeks i was feeing dryness on those areas as well. Please guide for accurate diagnosis. And please help me to understand what all can cause this(especially infections).
