While roaming outside some liquid drop like substance come on my spectacles lens which I cleaned up but my anxiety arises that it may be saliva from animal but there was no animal like dog, monkey or bat and it was during day. I scared that it might contain rabies virus and got on to my hands and spread disease by coming in contact of face. Does it spread rabies?

You need to have an open wound for the virus to enter your body. The virus cannot penetrate intact skin. In your case, you seem to be safe!
