My doctor prescribed me ab phylline N, i read its used for copd.. i am just 25 and i hardly even smoke(not even touched since 2 years)...so got a little worried about copd.. My PFT shows very very early symptoms of asthma but it hasn't onset yet as said by my doctors(ent and pulmo), I just wanted to know is this tablet used for asthma too? And does asthma comes under copd?

You can safely take it in the prescribed dose.  And take regular follow up with the doctor.  The medicine might get discontinued if not indicated later
