General query. Is dying/reducing?

I had a sputum culture test which gave insight that there's heavy growth of klebseilla pneumoniae, so i am right now on a course of Ceftum-500(twice a day) since Sunday, along with that I am taking decet od at night everyday and montek lc at evening everyday. Right now the cough has improved a lot from before, but I am still having irritation at throat and sometimes need to clear the throat many times and a little dry cough is also there. Since tomorrow the antibiotic course will end, wanted to know should I visit the doctor's clinic day after tomorrow or what should I do? Please help. How do I know the bacteria is dying/reducing? And fyi, chest xray didnt show any complications regarding the infection just hyperinflation. Please help, i want to get rid of this!!
