Consult with a doctor
Online now
Along with the medication you are already taking, locate an acupuncturist near your area. Start with acupuncture treatment along with medicine. As your condition improves, you can consult your doctor to taper off allopathic medicine, and then you can gradually shift totally to acupuncture & Ayurveda. Acupuncture is highly effective for psychological conditions.

Consult nearest psychiatrist as you require detalied counseling session and you may require medications such as SSRI or tricyclic antidepressants... With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation, avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits...if no improvements even after psychiatric consultation you can go for Ayurveda...good luck.
