Hi sir, Hb-12.4 Wbc-4200 Neutrophils-41 Eosinophils and monocytes-3 Lymphocytes-53 Esr-18 in 1h30mins and 35 in 1hr Serology test St o and h-1in40 dilution My dad age-54 He has fever between april7to9 and in April 8 he has a fever of 102f and it totally cure but still he has little bit of cold and not feeling well I think​ and suffered from little bit pharyngitis so wat the problem sir and he has a mind confusion also because he till I suffer from typhoid fever but I tell it's a normal so he understand sir and wat food diet

Your father had fever for which he had been investigated and had low normal total WBC count high lymphocytic count and elevated ESR  and Widal testing positive in 1:40 ratio.I feel you need to consider other fever rather than typhoid. Serological testing for typhoid is non specific and a 1:40 positivity cannot be completely taken.Since your father continues to have fever , consider other causes also. Take him to a doctor in person take up further investigations and treat him as per his guidance. Till then give him a bland frequent diet and plenty of fruit juices (provided he is non diabetic) without added sugar. Hope this helps.
