Would like to know.. Is regular sex causes issue on baby planning? Any chances of getting deficiency on sperm count even if diet is good ?

Hello No regular sex or any frequency of sex can't cause sperm deficiency. In fact more sex means more chances of pregnancy if birth control measures not used.
