I have been suffering from bloating and constipation.Past few days I am experiencing chest pain on my both end ( Right and left).Giddiness and pain on the neck,back and cervical.. Excessive urge of sleep.. Could you advice me what is this...is this a gastritis problem or a cardiac problem
