My son suffering with abdomen pain endoscopy test done result is h.pylori positive is it dangerous? howmany days take medicine?

Hello..., h pylori is a bacteria residing in stomach causes gastritis and peptic ulcers... Don't worry its curable .. For h.pylori treatment triple regimen is there which include amoxicilln and metranidazole or clarithromycin with omeprezol... For dosage and other details consult general physician.
