Hello You are getting the triple therapy which is the standard treatment for h pylori infection. Please complete the whole course of your treatment. It is very important to get the best result for that.
Next Steps
Ask your treating doctor for availability of tests for checking whether the bacteria has been eradicated from your body or not after completing the therapy..The test for that is usually done after some time of the treatment(4-6 weeks) Tests which are available for that purpose are urea breath test and stool antigen test. Please enquire about them. I am stressing on this point because resistance to the h pylori bacteria is quite common these days. And its very important to check the efficacy of the drugs you received as otherwise it can have some serious implications. Hope i was of some help. Please feel free to contact me directly in case you have any further queries.
