Gastric trouble with bloating stomach
Hello Doctor,
Am severly affected by Gastric problems like stomach cramps,bloating everytime..i really feel uncomfortable with this problem when surrounded by people..Everytime when i hav gastric trouble i take Gelusil tablet which is just a temporary relief..my marriage is been fixed am really worried about this problem
Please Note: i work in rotational shifts where am not in a position to eat on time
Would be really thankfull if u suggest me a remedy on this to overcome this painfull trouble:(
