Gastric problem tablets enquiry
I am taking aciloc(ranitidine)300mg after meal with with equirex. I have shown many gastro,neuro,psychiatrist since 1 year. And done whole body test. Gas tablets only after meal suit me. In morning I neither digene or any single gas tablet suit me. I have taken PANTOPRAZOLE 20mg . it suit me 50% and it was prescribe by doctor. Can I take pantocid40mg 2b.D after meal instead of ranitidine.

Best is to check your life style instead being depending upon the drugs. , follow some basic life style changes:Stop tea, coffee, spicy food. Take your timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. as much as you want thereafter. Don't lie down immediately after food. Finish your night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Always keep your stomach 1/4 th empty. You can divide your meal into 5-6 times a day. Avoid the particular food, which you observed that after taking you feel bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc. Take tab. PANTODAC DSR (1-0-1) half an hour before meal for 7 days.syrup Gaviscon 10 ml three Times a day after meal for 10 days. Report the progress.
